Can someone please explain what the exact problem is?

I just confirmed <Location /> works for modules like server-status,
so I don't see a reason why it shouldn't work with SVN. I'll try
to build mod_dav_svn tonight and play with this config.

Anyway, this almost certainly isn't a SVN issue, but is an
httpd-2.0 issue. -- justin
