Missed the local repo. Looks like there are three
interesting deployment parts:

Feature Admin
------- -----
HTTP server Required
FILE server Optional
Client access Optional

I'm assuming that anyone installing the HTTP server kit wants to
run apache as an NT service with SVN inside it. This I will
need admin access.

I'm sure users that cannot get admin access will appreciate
having a kit that can be installed without admin access.

If size of the kit is not an issue then bundle "File server" with
"Client access".
