I did not express my self good enough here, others have noticed this
(sendig private email to me) too, I hope this will clarify:

  - A minimum of Berkeley files are already installed by the
    current and previous Windows installers when the user
    choose not to install the Berkeley files and they will
    continue to be installed in future versions as far as I
    know.

Good points. I'm just a little bit worried that the distro will be a big
to a big monster to download. I guess that it's natural to let progs
like rapidsvn have its own installer.
