Actually, my client, built today, does the same thing on that:

$ svn ls http://svn.collab.net/svn/repos

svn_error: #21091 : <Bad URL passed to RA layer>
  No part of path '(null)' was found in repository HEAD.

Is there a particular buidl problem that might be causing it?
