Thanks Sander, Svn 0.41 is now built without the svn_com project.
I'm actually using a program called junction from
http://www.sysinternals.com that puts a symbolic link into a Win2K NTFS
file system. This helps me reduce the amount of file duplication while
maintaining my original layout with the httpd distro.
