Just to clarify some points.

Can you indicate thas is possible to build the subversion*i386.rpm
packages and libapr* without installing apache 2.

Perhaps some users (with Apache 1.3) need to update with the last fix of
subversion or libapr.
Or they hope that the bug they find is drop in the last revision of
subversion or libapr and so need to build news subversion*i386.rpm and
don't want to wait to the next release or new offical packages.
