I like (C).

On reflection, I think the likelihood of ballot box stuffing is pretty
slim -- an honor system will do fine here. The method of voting
should be to commit your vote to a file named "VOTES" in the same
repository. We can monitor the commit emails for safety.

Oh, and let's use approval voting. That is, you can vote (once) for
each logo you like. Thus, *not* voting for a particular logo is
equivalent to voting against it.
