svn_com with more interfaces

is there a COM object planned with more interfaces planned?
I would love to play around with a COM object which implements
all subversion commands. This would also be a very good starting
point for windows GUI-clients.
Too bad I don't know how to implement COM on my own - I can
just use them. Is any1 out there already implementing such a COM?
