[BUG 0.14.0]: svn import $REPO . $PROJ_NAME

Doesn't work, yet,

cd ..
svn import $REPO $DIRNAME $PROJ_NAME

does.

svn import $REPO . $PROJ_NAME outputs:

apr_error: #2, src_err 0 : <No such file or directory>
  svn_io_dir_open: unable to open directory ''

This is on a Debian/testing box, compiled 0.14.0 manually, with packaged
libneon 0.21.3 and db4.0-4.0.14 in subversion's directory (somehow the Debian
libdb4.0 package from unstable wouldn't compile on testing).
