Under "Keywords" is the text "Attachments", which is not a link.
Below that is the text "Issue 809 depends on:", which is not a link.
Then follows the text "Show dependency tree", which _is_ a link, but
does not add an attachment. YMMV. This is what that portion of the
HTML code looks like to me:
