Easy to answer. I tried to get this running on my SuSE-8.0 box at home.
There I got the "problem".
Next day at work I mailed the question. You asked me some questions
about what package this is in
and so on. So I looked it up on our company server, a SuSE 7.2 box.
"/sbin/install-info" was present on this box....
