Building: svn_private_config.h.in

Hello,

I'm attempting to compile the latest (2548) subversion (trunk).
'./configure --prefix=/usr/local/svn' fails with:

   config.status: creating svn_private_config.h
   config.status: error: cannot find input file: svn_private_config.h.in

Am I doing something wrong, or is the file actually missing? I ran
autoconf prior to the configure scipt.
