Sure. For that to work, the client would need some way of knowing
where the top of the repository is -- i.e., which prefix of the URL is
the "whole" repos. Currently the client cannot know. We have plans
to split URLs in the .svn area so the client can know, but this has
not been done yet (forgot which issue it is).
