(Better pray I find another one soon. The last three heroes were
forced to quit under questionable circumstances.)

Will start testing, but in the meantime, I'd say go ahead and check it
now anyway (tools/client-side/vc-svn.el). Just put a warning message
at the top that it hasn't been tested much. We can remove the message
when that's no longer true.

I mean, you're going to be working on this code, and so will others.
So it should be under revision control. And if it's going to be under
revision control, this is the right place, until the day it lives in
the Emacs source tree :-).
