Hey just noticed that issue #668 (~/.subversion/config file for diff option,
editor, security, etc) is not marked as an alpha issue. It would make sense
to me that a client config file (including all of the config options we have
said we want to support should be an alpha issue. It's currently marked as a
Beta issue, but it's a feature not a bugfix. Is this right?
