Go to this page:

http://subversion.tigris.org/servlets/ProjectDocumentList?folderID=74

Download the latest source tarball. Use that to bootstrap Subversion,
then, using your bootstrapped Subversion binary, check out a copy of
Subversion from the Subversion repository.
