I think this is something else as we're getting an error back,
not a segfault. Or, perhaps it's a segfault with ra_local and
an error with ra_dav?

But, it is possible they might be related.

FWIW, I don't have any post-commit hooks. Rather, I didn't install
any, so if one comes with the stock svnadmin create, it'll be
there. -- justin
