Thanks. (The issue is not minimizing the amount of work, but
minimizing the chance of writing the wrong fix.)

Mutt should have a separate command for reply-to-all (is it 'R'
perhaps?). I don't know whether Mutt can be configured to eliminate
duplicates.

If you're wondering why the list software doesn't just set the
reply-to, please don't ask that question :-). It's been discussed to
death already; people disagree about the right behavior in this
matter. The SVN list itself doesn't do anything with the reply-to
header -- it's up to individual authors/readers using their mailer
software to full advantage.
