svnlook rev 1 diff fails

On my repository, when I run svnlook diff on a revision that made a
repository to repository copy, i.e. tag, of a directory, then svnlook
fails:

% svnlook /export/home1/svn/repos rev 3 diff
Copied: 0.01 (from rev 2, trunk/apache_configparser)

apr_error: #2, src_err 0 : <No such file or directory>
  svn_io_remove_dir: removing `.svnlook'
% echo $?
0

Additionally, it does not return a non-zero exit value.

Is anybody else seeing this?
