More like:
2. VSS rollback is evil (because it makes deleting version history too
easy)
3. We don't support deleting version history yet.
4. "Yet" in this context anticipates future truth.
5. Therefore, in the future, we plan to make deleting version history to
be much more difficult than VSS makes it. (Atm this means it'd probably
go into svnadmin.)

Deleting version history is necessary in some very odd edge case
scenarios that have been covered before on the mailing list, so I won't
bother re-explaining all of those cases here. :)

In fact these are described in some issue number, but I don't recall it
atm.
