configure bug !?!?

From: Daniele Nicolodi <daniele_at_grinta.net>

I'm trying to bootstrap from the last tarbal (0.13) but i have some
problem building subversion. If i do ./configure --enable-mantainer-mode
--disable-shared --with-berkeley-db=/usr/local/BerkeleyDB.4.0 i get
an error immediately after the configuratrion of neon: configure is
unable to find berkeley db in the specified directory ... but it is here !!

I have linked /usr/local/BerkeleyDB.4.0 in db the main subversion source
directory and so i'm hable to configure subversion but ... i think that
this is a bug in the configure proces.

Ciao

PS: i'm running Debian Woody on my server.
