This work is not done in the commit-email script, but by `svnlook
diff'. Regardless, the change would be an easy one to make. However,
I rather like seeing all those -'s -- they stand out as a really bold
statement that something is being *really* cored out, perhaps even
deleted altogether. Total personal preference thing, though.
