svn_error: #21011 : <XML data was not well-formed>

Hi, all.

Forgive for a question.
Do not tell as to struggle with "svn_error: #21011 : <XML data was not
well-formed>".
I have svn-win32-r2072 and expat_win32bin_1_95_2.

My actions:

# svnadmin create d:/temp/snv_rep
# svn import file:///temp/snv_rep d:/temp/1/ -m import
# svn co file:///temp/snv_rep -d m
svn_error: #21011 : <XML data was not well-formed>
  not well-formed (invalid token) at line 7
