freebsd svn port installs r1868.

The FreeBSD port installs r1868. I think it should print a warning message
in post-install to have the user upgrade to the latest rev using the newly
installed svn tools.

I just send-pr'd about this issue since FreeBSD's close to making a release.
If the ports tree is almost closed, it should help convince people to let
you make the change. Unfortunately, something seems broken about their pr
system -- it's very slow. I don't have the pr id number.
