reminder: appx ten billion bite-sized tasks available

Well, it's that time of year again. Our galactic arm has made one
more full rotation, the birds are singing, and I'm scanning the list
of bite-sized tasks:

   http://subversion.tigris.org/project_tasks.html

If you're looking for a small- to medium-sized task to get involved
with Subversion, these are perfect. Their complexity varies, of
course, but all are discrete tasks that shouldn't cause any cascading
code or design changes. If you want to take one on, or you're
considering it but want to know more, just post here with questions.
Operators are standing by to help you! (And don't forget there's
irc.openprojects.net, channel #svn, too.)

The last time we made this announcement, the result was a lot of fixed
bugs, plus some new developers. Now there are even more people on the
list than there were then, so let's hope the pattern repeats. :-)
