Diff lib

Hi,

I've been making some good progress on the diff lib.
It lacks comments and all, but is functional.

Functional as in, the abstracted diff system works.
I still need to put wrappers in place to make
it simple to do file diffs.

And we are probably going to need some default output
functions to produce various diff outputs (like unified).

Maybe the support structures can be replaced by apr
ones, not sure about that.

I'd like to drop it in the repository this weekend*,
so more eyes can look at it (and to get it safely
stored away). I'll not activate it in the build,
so it shouldn't affect anyone not interested in it.
