Just FYI, all of these seem to be "real" failures, not simple problems
with the test drivers on Win32. About half of them are caused by stuff
inside .svn having the read-only bit set; the rest I haven't analysed
yet (I'm attaching tests.log, just for fun).
I vote we rip out this readonlyness stuff, it's just a pain in the
etcetera ...
