Aperture narrowing - got it. So, couldn't you run Apache on the
repository *only* on the localhost IP address, and mandate that people
access it only by tunnelling HTTP over an SSH tunnel? Seems no more
awkward than how CVS works today, and doesn't require new code to be
written...
