We would certainly include new ra modules like this in the project,
whatever kind of access they offer (unless it's something really
silly, like libsvn_ra_passenger_pigeon). The more the merrier.

But yes, current developer focus is on libsvn_ra_dav and mod_dav_svn.
WebDAV+DeltaV is the network protocol we *know* we're supporting,
anything else is gravy.
