I got in and hacked on the config file; the error message inserts the src, it
isn't really being inserted. I wish I could tell you specifically where in
the configure sources the error is, but it is the line that says:

                                { { echo "$as_me:7416: error: no - Unable to
locate $withval/src/modules/dav/main/mod_dav.h" >&5

The rest of my email (IE, not encouraging ppl to build against HEAD) still
applies. Oh, and I'm referring to Sander in this email, since it seems to
bother him :-)
