I only mentioned ISO date parsing in java as an example, it is not directly
related to subversion. I use a few iso formats for internal storage and
display, it was not necessary until now to input an iso date from the user.
However this will be required in subversion, so it would be nice - but not
necessary - if subversion could understand more iso format.
