request for proxy code review

I'd appreciate it if people who use proxies, or have experience coding
for them, would review the new proxy code in libsvn_ra_dav/session.c
and make comments.

In particular:

   - The function proxy_auth() and its [non]handling of the realm.

   - Are there potential gotchas interacting with SSL?

(The relevant code is basically the rev 1577 commit.)
