Fw: windows 0.10.1 local path problems, cannot create repository / update

Maybe I forget something, but using the new binary I cannot create a local
repository. Also if I try to update my old workspace, it stops with an error
message (but not the same as with the previous windows binary).

Create:
c:\home>svnadmin create file:///home/svnrep2

apr_error: #22623, src_err 0 : <The filename, directory name, or volume
label syntax is in
correct. >
  unable to create repository `file:///home/svnrep2'

The result is the same independently from the number of slashes/backslashes.

Update:
c:\home\server>svn update

svn_error: #21091 : <Couldn't find a repository.>
Unable to open an ra_local session to URL

svn_error: #21091 : <Couldn't find a repository.>
svn_ra_local__split_URL: Unable to find valid repository

Quite busy, unfortunately. Would've uploaded a new win32 binary tonight,
except that it doesn't compile any more (the resource compiler barfs on
the include of apr_version.h from svn_version.h).

Too tired to fix that right now, please be patient.

P.S.: So much for the idea that the Win32 port would "just happen
anyway". :-(
