Weird, Philip and I are both still seeing the problem intermittently.
"The problem" being that `svn log' with no args at the top the tree
sometimes prints out all revisions (as it should), but sometimes
prints out only HEAD-->1531.

I'm not debugging this right now (working on other stuff), but this is
just to let people know that they're not crazy if they see this. Or
at least, that they're not alone in their craziness.
