My fault. It's in the "developer-visible" section:

      - reduce DB logfile growth via 'duplicate keys'

But obviously, it should be in the "user-visible" section. I'll fix
that. Sorry for the trouble.

( A word of warning: if you use svn regularly, it would be prudent to
  follow this list carefully; things are liable to change quickly.
  There were mails posted a week or two ago that specifically
  mentioned the need to upgrade existing repositories with
  enable-dupkeys.sh. )
