Prompts me to ask if svn_error_free is required anywhere else. A quick
grep identifies potential problems after libsvn_repos/delta.c:271 and
286 and libsvn_fs/tree.c:1855, in these cases the error is sometimes
discarded. Should these be changed or was rev 1455 a special case?
