I think we've already taken a stand on the whole filenames with
newlines thing, I seem to recall when we implemented the `svn:ignore'
property (where to-be-ignore glob-things exist one-per-line in the
property). We chose to deem those folks with such files as being "out
of luck." At some point a line of common sense must be drawn.
