No, see, that's the problem. There can only be one 0.9 tarball.
Either it works or it doesn't. If it works, all you should have
to do is rename the tarballs. If not, you bump the version
number and try again. No mucking with versions once the tarball
has been rolled.

(Hint: what we did in httpd-land was pass around tarballs that
had the old version number that said 2.0.32-dev - once *that* was
stable, we rolled with a 2.0.32 version.) -- justin
