Subversion 0.9 blessed

Portability feedback regarding the rc2 tarball has been positive, so
have promoted that tarball to "0.9". Grab it from

   http://subversion.tigris.org/servlets/ProjectDownloadList

if you haven't already :-). Note that it is still the same rev 1302
distribution; all that's changed is that we're comfortable calling it
0.9 now. Also, we've tagged tags/0.9 in the repository.
