svn 0.9 rc2 tarball

From: Ben Collins-Sussman <sussman_at_collab.net>

We just posted a new tarball of Subversion 0.9 release candidate 2:

The first 0.9 tarball had some build-system issues, and some win32
problems. They should be fixed now.

(See the CHANGES file for a general summary of what's changed since
 the 0.8 release: http://svn.collab.net/repos/svn/trunk/CHANGES)

Our goal is not to label anything .9 until we've worked out as many
portability issues as possible. So please, everyone test this
tarball. Our goal here is to make sure that it *bootstraps* on as
many operating systems as possible. In other words: you can unpack
the tarball, build statically, and use the static binary to checkout
the latest tree. (These instructions are in the INSTALL file.)

So far, rc2 successfully bootstraps on these platforms:

    Debian Linux (kfogel)
    FreeBSD 4.5 (sussman)
    Win32 (cmpilato)

If people have access to Solaris, OpenBSD, etc... please let us know
if you can bootstrap. We know you're out there. :-)
