heh heh.

I just realized that our Basic authentication scheme used with
Subversion is only sensitive to the first 8 characters of your
password. I figure this is because it's just crypt() under the hood.
But it sure caught me off guard when I knew I'd typed the wrong
password and yet the commit succeeded. :-)
