another db bug?

From: Ben Collins-Sussman <sussman_at_collab.net>

Around 3:30pm CST today, Garrett and I noticed we suddenly couldn't
update our working copies. The connection was timing out.

svn.collab.net's access_log said:

63.161.54.6 - - [13/Feb/2002:15:15:20 -0600] "REPORT
          /repos/svn/trunk/subversion HTTP/1.1" 500 506

And the error_log said:

[Wed Feb 13 15:15:20 2002] [error] [client 63.161.54.6] (2)No such
file or directory: Berkeley DB error while allocating new transaction
ID (getting `next-id') for filesystem /usr/www/repositories/svn/db:
Invalid argument [500, #21074]

db_recover -ve fixed the problem as usual, but I've never seen an
error like that before!
