I'll trust you, because I have no reason not to. I was just tired of
answering filesystem performance concerns with *any* sentence that
includes the phrase "delta combiner" when I had (until now) no real
reason to believe such a fantastical creature would ever really exist.

Thanks for starting on this work, though, and I look forward to
reviewing your work.
