hosts2-ns 81/tcp HOSTS2 Name Server
hosts2-ns 81/udp HOSTS2 Name Server

This is not playing nice. On the other hand, there are

http-alt 8008/tcp HTTP Alternate
http-alt 8008/udp HTTP Alternate
http-alt 8080/tcp HTTP Alternate (see port 80)
http-alt 8080/udp HTTP Alternate (see port 80)

Shouldn't we be using one of these instead?
