Well, wait, we're just talking about patch here.
Thi is because we want patch to do something it doesn't, and can't, but
could with simple changes.

Given the requirement that it only support the default diff format svn
generates, and that it only needs to do the same as what the patch command
we execute by default now (plus ignoring mathing hunks without ignoring
the rest of the patch), i'll happily write that functionality from
scratch.
