apr-util

I was thrilled to wake up this morning and discover that we're now
using apr-util. Ahhhhh, finally.

So, can we now delete our 'expat-lite' directory, and use the expat
built into apr-util?? The question seems complex to me, because I
know that libsvn_wc uses expat-lite quite a bit (say, to parse entries
files), and I know that neon needs expat as well.
