I don't think there's much of a problem adding the necessary
bits to link in apr-util.

However, IIRC, the concern was whether the developers or users
would mind a new build requirement.

Certainly, it's no issue for me. =) And, it probably isn't
an issue for people with server builds since httpd-2.0
requires it. -- justin
