Well, regardless of how we define 'svn rollback''s behavior, someday
we'll have to design a way to change history in the
repository... i.e. actually lose information. There are many, many
people out there who need such a feature.

(We've already had many discussions on exactly how to implement
repository information loss, and the ramifications thereof; let's not
go there again right now. I just wanted to point out that it needs to
happen someday.)
