<URL is not a versioned resource> with a new repository

Hello,

I get an error when i want to import files into a freshly
created repository :

bash-2.05a$ svnadmin create myreposit
bash-2.05a$ svn import file:///u/ender/0/w3c/cbournez/myreposit develdir

svn_error: #21085 : <URL is not a versioned resource>
  svn_ra_local__split_URL: Unable to find valid repository

(/u/ender/0/w3c/cbournez is my home directory, which is
the current path)

bash-2.05a$ svnadmin shell myreposit

svn_error: #21074 : <Berkeley DB error>
  Berkeley DB error while opening `nodes' table for filesystem myreposit/db:
  Invalid argument

Platform : sun solaris 5.8
litool version : GNU libtool 1.4.2 (freshly compiled)
autoconf : GNU autoconf 2.52
db : version 4.0.14, freshly compiled (in svn tree)
neon : 0.18.2 (freshly compiled in tree)
apr : freshly picked from CVS (2.0a9)

svn : checkout from repository yesterday,
head revision: 1110

Any clue ?
