You have to be a "project owner". And then you can visit this
servlet:

  http://subversion.tigris.org/servlets/SubversionPublish

Which has a button that runs 'svn update' on tigris.org itself.

Unfortunately, running 'svn up' on tigris.org only works if you've
committed changes to /trunk/www/. That particular document was
hand-generated by me running texi2html, and then manually uploading it
to the Docs tab. Guess I'll have to do that again. :-(
